- Request a Quote and Contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, city, business or organization name (optional), the service you’re interested in, and your message.
- Glass Replacement form: your name, email address, phone number and address, details about your window (brand and glass measurements), the photos of the window you upload, and any notes you add.
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request: to prepare quotes and estimates, schedule work, answer questions and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours automatically receives some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most popular). It uses cookies and collects usage information in aggregate. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

- Security and hosting: our web host and security software keep standard server logs (including IP addresses) to protect the site against attacks.

Form submissions are emailed to our staff and stored in our website’s database. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal business records, then delete them.
